I am an experienced Engineering Manager and Lead Developer with a strong background in full project lifecycle management, software development, and Agile methodologies.

I have in designing and developing backend systems and API architectures.

I am a proven leader team leader and have a history of team building, mentoring, and line management. I pride myself in being adept at building client relationships and being an excellent communicator skilled in cross-department collaboration.

Over many years I have delivered high-performance solutions under tight budgets and strict regulatory oversight.

Most of all though I know how to appreciate a good team and build a strong working and productive relationship with those around me.
