About
This site has been developed using MkDocs, developed locally using Visual Studio Code and hosted on Azure using Azure Static Web Apps.
The source and build pipelines for this site are hosted on Azure DevOps, following a CI/CD principal where updates I push to the source repository are automatically published to the web app and updated.
Initially much of this site was part of a project wiki hosted in Azure DevOps for a large personal project I have been working on. These notes were intended to act as a reminder for me on how to approach areas I was learning, the theory being they would essentially be study notes.
Over time these notes grew, and I added topics I had researched during work, either things I encountered as part of my job or areas touched upon in general discussions, interviewing, etc.
As the number of pages in the wiki continued to grow I decided to take the leap and split this work off into it's own wiki separate from the project I am working on.
In essence I refactored my wiki and split it in two.
This resulted in the site you are reading here, whilst the more project focused notes I am continuing with are still hosted on the original site.
Please make full use of these notes, many of which are handwritten by personal research, and plenty of which have also been sourced via AI (ChatGPT and Gemini mainly) and fact checked as far as possible but mistakes will happen.
With that in mind if you see any of this content elsewhere then it's either publicly accessible (and I try to credit where possible - there is content that I've pulled together from multiple other sources), or copied from here. Nothing is copyright on this site (unless otherwise noted - I suppose I'd better cover myself), but a little attribution goes a long way!
I am happy to hear about any mistakes or improvements to this site, and will gratefully consider and suggestions including additional topics you may want to see here.
Thank you for stopping by.
Stuart.
